GOLF ČELADNÁ
Let´s enjoy golf in golf resort Čeladná.
Golf course Čeladná
Golf course hosted European part of PGA - Czech Open golf tournament.
Čeladná has been the home of golf since 2001 when the first eighteen-hole course was officially opened in the presence of one of the best golfers in the world - the Spanish player M. A. Jiménez, who was involved in designing and building the course and is its patron. A second eighteen-hole course was opened for players in 2004.
The courses offer a challenge to golfers with their long fairways surrounded by forest, a number of water and sand obstacles, Scottish bunkers, and an interesting elevation profile. The Old Course is hilly and has relatively narrow, difficult fairways and large, rugged greens. The fifteenth hole (par 3) is considered the most beautiful hole in the Czech Republic. The New Course provides a combination of a flat links course on the first nine holes and rugged terrain on the back nine. This golf paradise has 36 holes and so it is possible to play even if one course is being used for training or a tournament or is hosting a commercial event.
